Corporate Responsibility
Caps Direct is committed to responsible sourcing and production across our supply chain and we continuously work to build strong, long-lasting partnerships with suppliers who share our commitment to ethical practices, labor standards, and environmental responsibility.
Our Code of Conduct is based on internationally recognized labor and human rights standards and accepted good labor practices that promote decent and humane working conditions.
We have a dedicated compliance team that reinforce these standards through implementation, monitoring and remediation, working closely with our suppliers to identify areas of concern or risk through auditing and progressive remediation.
We also take active measures to protect our borders and our neighbors through compliance with the Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) Program implementing steps to safeguard global supply chains from terrorist activity.
Product Safety
Caps Direct is committed to the highest quality and safety standards for all of our products and we have developed our product safety testing and performance standards in accordance with textile industry guidelines and government regulations, including the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act and the California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (Cal Prop 65).
All components are evaluated, certified and/or tested for compliance with our RSL at least once every 12 months, or when a material change has occurred to the supplier, the composition, or the manufacturing process.
